Fast food has it's place in our lives.

Just don't go there every day. Food is neutral, it isn't poison. A big mac when there are only 20 minutes is ok.

1. Read
"Fast Food Nation" and I guarantee that you'll change your mind. Only twenty minutes? Takes nothing to warm up a can of organic soup in the microwave. Takes nothing to steam vegetables. I'm sure you get my point. Happy eating!

2. I mean twenty minutes when you are across town at work.
Moderation in life is important, these folks that go every day are not thinking right.

6. If you only eat fast food every once in a while it's ok...
It's every day that kills you. The original poster isn't wrong.

3. I agree
I have McD's once or twice a year when my back is to the wall. But it is not a first, second, third, or 99th choice.

Supersize is making a comeback.

"Fat is mainstream, which is why everyone has become complacent," Marion Nestle, the author, nutrition professor and food-industry critic, told Ms. Gogoi. "What used to be considered pudgy before isn't even worthy of a comment today."
