If not, and assuming she's got enough functioning brain cells to fathom it out, she could sue the creator of that admittedly funny gadget.

Not just for libel (though FOX would be 100 times as guilty) but for use of her visage without her permission to attempt to make a profit.

Just like how I can't make a Captain Kirk bobblehead that speaks lines saying "Are there women on this planet?" "Do you know what love is?" and so on... paramount would have my small intestine as a belt.
