5. Don't you just hate when hundreds crawl on you
without you knowing it. Then they all start biting at once. They release some chemical that causes them to attack.

Anyone that lives in the North and has not had the pleasure of meeting these beautiful critters, come on down and I will introduce you to them.

6. I think I got bit by ants that are a hybrid of fire ants and regular ants.
I have gotten bitten several times by a bunch of them and nothing really happened other than a little bit of itching that only lasted for a few hours. I can't believe that those were TRUE fire ants becasue it seems that it would have been worse than that.

My parents got bitten and had to go to the hospital because their throats got swollen and my Dad had heart palpitations.

Either that or I must have the constitution of an ox.
