My yellow star vanished
I just gave yesterday and have given quite a bit over the years. I know I have given to the last few drives on a regular basis.

WTF?

Has anyone else had this happen?

1. Your old star expired and the new one hasn't been processed yet...
Stars only last a year, and if your star expires before you re-donate there's often a short lag time of up to a week before Skinner can process all the new donations and give new stars. If it doesn't show up in a week or so contact Skinner. (And if you gave more recently than a year then something weird has happened...)

with that being the case, no one should have stars showing now.
I also gave Aug. 14, 2005.

6. If you gave on August 14th, 2005...
...you should be covered until August 14th, 2006. And your recent donation will extend that coverage to one year from that day. I'd contact Skinner to see what the problem is.

to renew the star by donating to DU. If
you donated already, you should get your
star today.
