Fired 'Desperate Housewives' Actor Denies Flashing People
<snip>

DETROIT -- The actor who used to play the guy in the basement on "Desperate Housewives" is denying he flashed two of his female co-workers on the set.

Page Kennedy said that the report in the National Enquirer was "crushing" and "damaging."

A publicist for the show said Kennedy was fired for "improper conduct," but Kennedy said his contract was bought out because producers wanted to go in "a different direction." He said show officials merely wanted to recast his role.

Publicists for the series have said that Kennedy, who joined the show this season, was let go earlier this month after an investigation of allegations of improper conduct made against him.

Kennedy complained that he's now "branded with the scarlet F for flasher." The 28-year-old said he's concerned about the damage the allegations could do to his image, at least in the short term.

And yet he still said he has "no hard feelings toward the show" and he's "still a fan."

On the show, Caleb is on the loose, as Kennedy was cut loose. Even though Kennedy was fired, Sunday night's show was Kennedy's final appearance as Caleb.
