2. When I was in a band
we stole a line from a guy in another band.

Whenever someone would yell out a request for "Free Bird" one of us would quip something like "No, but we are using some delay on vocals" or "This room is already too bouncy."

We thought it was funny, anyway.....

4. Is this a tribute band or is the band currently touring as Lynyrd Skynyrd?
They sold out a show here last year. Probably 5,000 people. Pretty amazing really.

BTW- the original was the best American Rock band ever. Probably the best rock band PERIOD but for some reason we Americans give way to much weight to English bands who actually learned from Americans.
