1. Yeah but it was sucky pointless snow.

I do hope all the news channels go batshit over the Weather Story!, however.

I can't stand days like this. The cold, the wind, the gray, the random flakes pelting me in the eye on the walk home..ugh. Not a fan.

2. Thank GOD I got out of Milwaukee Sunday night...

I had problems getting out of Madison. The weight limit on the teeny doctor killer plane bumped me off (I got a freebie voucher). I hate flying in snow. I'm paranoid about wings icing over.

But I ended up transferring through Milwaukee instead of St. Louis and the 40-50 mile an hour winds were blowing us all over the freaking place! Not fun.

And I had tons of irreplaceable antique photos in my bag. All I could think as the pilot circled back over the lake for landing was "Get back over land! I don't care if I die, but what will happen to the damned pictures?!!"
