Traveling trophies in college football
I know of three (off the top of my head anyway)

Floyd of Rosedale goes to the winner of the Gophers-Hawkeyes game
Paul Bunyan's Axe goes to the winner of the Gophers-Badgers game
The Little Brown Jug goes to the winner of the Gophers-Wolverines game

Tell me about your traveling trophies.

1. Believe it or not
The Canes and Gators play for something called the Seminole War Canoe. Of course, this is largely a mute point because the gallant Gators chose to call off the annual rivalry in the late '80s. But when the teams do play, the traveling prize is a legit 10 foot long canoe, in fact the only authentic Seminole war canoe in the world.

You wouldn't believe how many trophies there are. Here is one link I bookmarked, with each rivalry (and the trophies) listed alphabetically via the links at the top left: http://www.1122productions.com/rivalries/f.html

arizona vs asu

TUCSON -- This year's Arizona vs. Arizona State football
game will mark the 79th game between the two state rivals
for the original Territorial Championship Cup. The first game
played between the two schools was in 1899. The cup has
been recognized by the NCAA as the oldest traditional rivalry
trophy in college football, according to information provided
by the Arizona Alumni Association.

As UA athletics director Jim Livengood puts it, “Arizona is
fortunate to have one of the greatest in-state football rivalries
in the nation and it’s fitting that the two schools have rediscovered
the early roots of that tradition. The games themselves have
assumed various proportions in the last century depending on
the annual success of both teams, but always they’ve been a
matter of pride more than hardware. Now, it’s the oldest
intercollegiate rivalry trophy game in America with a century-old silver award.
