don't panic over the panic attack. :silly: I don't know if humor helps, but that was my attempt. Please know that I do take panic attacks seriously and that I'm sure what you're going through just plain sucks. :hug:

Even with treatment, I still have panic attacks and they totally suck:(. Just try to think of something calming and nice, catch your breath, and please accept this :hug:.
