I feel like I'm gonna hurl...
We had a huge Thanksgiving Dinner for lunch at work. When I got home, I started doing Tae Bo. Now I feel like I'm going to throw up. Help me. Duckie

6. Never do Tae Bo on a full stomach.
Only fish and rice 3 hours before. Truth.
