1. Use photobucket.com
Register with photobucket.com

Upload your picture to your new photobucket account.

You can then copy the photo url directly from the photo page and paste it directly within the message text when you post your message in the o'lielly thread.

Make sure the picture shows up by using the preview button before you submit your post to the thread.
