Please Vote For Me, I Need Your Help
I need your help, please vote for me.
I am currently in the Finals of a Recipe Contest at Epicurious.com.
First prize is a new cook top.
I am in dire need of a new stove, my current stove is 30 years old and does not work properly, I cannot afford to buy a new one.
I am a disabled man living on a fixed income and can barely afford food much less a new stove.
Please help me win this new stove by voting for my recipe.
My recipe is "Lemon and Garlic Chicken over Linguine", It's an easy and quick recipe that is delicious!

I voted and I'm going to try it. One thing though, wouldn't substituting wheat flour for the cornstarch make it too heavy?

I like it because it doesn't have a massive amount of ingredients and tons of prep. I love to cook and people enjoy the results. The secret is that the best meals are those that are kept simple yet have ingredients that brighten up the taste without alot of work.

36. Would parmesan cheese work
as a substitute for asiago or romano? I have fresh and canned parmesan in the fridge but none of the others. I would like to try this but wouldn't want to ruin the flavors if parmesan is wrong for the dish.

I don't know how that Chana Masala got in there, who even has all those strange spices in their kitchen? I know I don't and I'm an amateur gourmet chef.

50. I just wrote to the manager of the contest
to voice my belief that Chana Masala is cheating.
The percentages are growing too fast and I believe that they are using a program to vote non-stop.
I received a reply within 10 minutes!
He said that this has happened with other contests in the past.
He thanked me for bringing it to his attention and that someone would look into it immediately.
I don't know if this will change the outcome of the contest or not, I will let you all know what happens as soon as I know.
