As of many months ago, anyway. I have more fish now. :-)

1. Has it ever occured to anyone else that a fishtank is a reverse submarine

I mean, a submarine is a bubble of air that people use to live underwater, and an aquarium is a bubble of water that fish use to live up here in the air.

I think that's kind of odd.

is a bubble of air that is kept inside of several tons of steel (sometimes with windows) that we get in to go down under the water of our own free will (unless, of course, one is being used by the CIA for a secret priillegal codemakeRemote('duboard.php?az=emotion_table')

9. It's a 125 gallon, and those are moonlight gouramis

and black tetras, and some head and taillight tetras.

And some other fish, but I don't think one can see anything else other than the tetras and gouramis.
