Chicken breasts
am I the only person that doesn't really like boneless chicken breasts?

I seriously can't be bothered with them.
I'd rather cook a whole chicken.
I find them boring as all get out.

1. They're have a lot more flavor...
... if you don't cook 'em.

Go ahead, try it.

14. The breasts themselves are boring
but by adding stuff they can become less so.

Wrap the breast around some mozarella, a couple of slices of tomato, and some fresh basil; hold it together with some parma ham, and bake in the oven. Easy as anything, and makes the chicken breast tasty.

3. They can be hard to cook well.
Some people cook 'em so that they're dry as a bone and almost impossible to eat. Gotta have a recipe that locks in that moisture and flavor. Turkey breast can be the same way.

5. I prefer the thighs for the boneless-skinless deal.
(Marinated in two parts oyster sauce, one part soy sauce for Thai, or a mash of light and dark soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, sambal olek, brown sugar and scallion for something sort-of Korean.)

I do like cooking chickens whole, too.

7. Try coating them with dijon mustard
I like Maille's from France. Slather them up and bake them, but don't overcook or they get dry. Spicy and yummy, yet low in fat.

I like them with white rice and steamed broccoli. (drizzle lemon juice on the broccoli, and sprinkle with a little parmesan cheese instead of butter.)

8. The bone gives it flavor, but I don't mind boneless if I marinate
first. :hi:

13. Slice 'em thin, dredge them though a mixture of parm. cheese,
lemon zest and fresh, chopped parsley and serve on salad. Or, saute them in olive oil, with lemon, capers and rosemary.
