Turkey Briners:
OK, so it's common knowledge that brining a turkey the night before will lock in the juice and tenderness, making you the idol of your get-together. But which turkey to brine? I can't remember what we did last year. Thanks!

1. any good frozen turkey will do
just thaw it before you brine it
