My brain is shut off now
Studying for a chemistry test tomorrow. I've been at it for hours and I still have four chapters to go. I'm really not ready for this, glad I have a good grade up until this point because it looks like this one's going in the tank.

1. Good evening to you, my dear mtowngman!
I would think that the best thing you could do now would be relax, play on DU for awhile, and .......

Get a good night's sleep!

Try not to worry, too......That's hard, I know.......

Good luck to you tomorrow!

:hi:

3. That sounds tempting.
I am going to chill out here, at least for awhile.

2. Ugh. I know that feeling.
Covalent bonds, and what not. It's fascinating if you have a good teacher, but alas, I did not. It's like math with compounds instead of numbers, algebra for alloys. I pity anyone having to chug through multiple chapters the night before a test. Just read the stuff in bold and italics, it'll go faster. Good luck with it.

4. God, I hate chemistry.
I have to retake Gen Chem II next semester because I decided a few semesters ago that drinking all night was more important than the class and labs.

Boo.

6. I've got that
next semester too. It's not like I hate it, just a rough couple of weeks. Drinking all night's important too, I just don't last that long anymore.

10. I hope you're getting
tuition reimbursement from a job. Actually I've been doing pretty much the same thing for awhile, but I got into healthcare a couple of years ago after 30 years in construction, decided I liked it and the degree will help me out there. I'm so burnt I'm just babbling now.

11. Nope.
I'm getting financial aid and other aid based on my father's income.

Of course, I heard the f-ing republicans just voted to cut financial aid by $14 billion in the next five years. :grr:

Wasn't laura supposed to be the "education" first lady, or was that old lady Bush, anyway, don't let it discourage you. There's always a way, just may take a little longer.
