FLIPSYDE: We The People

Just bought Flipsyde's CD, We The People and am listening to it for the first time and really like it. Rap is not a genre I usually listen to but calling this 'rap' seems somehow inadequate. I don't know a lot about the group but the sound is complex and lush -- appeals to someone like me who, though pushing 58, has kept current with rock and techno.

I can't understand all the lyrics but the gist is very anti-establishment, anti-war, if I'm getting this right.

Just curious what other people think of this group.

Here's a link to the CD on Amazon and I see that although most of the reviews are positive there is one very negative one--and I can see why they'd say what they have. All the more reason to be interested in what other DUers think. Is this just crap or is there something to it?
