4. I think they should move Thanksgiving and Christmas to July
Seriously, with all the stuff there is to do during the holidays, it sucks that there is so little daylight (and hence seasonal affective disorder) to have to deal with.

I imagine the people in the southern hemisphere might put up an argument.

ask whomever you sleep with if you stop breathing at night. If you do, get a sleep study done. I had sleep apnea for 9 years without knowing it. Been on the machine for 2 and feel 100% better.

Unless you were being sarcastic :sarcasm:

9. I already sleep w/ a CPAP
not really sarcastic, but not really expecting sound medical diagnosis either.

Just griping, I guess.

7. Anemia?
A big proportion of women in peri-menopause are anemic. I had fibroids and didn't know it, and was pretty severely anemic for years.

Had them fixed - doing better now, and have more energy.

11. I'm probably due for blood work
but I am good about my vitamins, so I really question whether I have anything to worry about there.

I'm doing well... just tired. Maybe it's just that there's so much to do.

It's good to see you!

13. good to see you too!
I'm really betting it's the weather, cold and damp here for the last couple of weeks. Some snow off and on. I had thought maybe my thyroid was out of whack so I'm going to request that study in January. My potassium was low , albumen high and D Low as well. I've got KDur, Lasix and Drisdol they seemed to help. All scripts of course ..

:hi:

10.  Trying to be a kind, decent, caring progressive in this world is tiring.

It is exhausting to continually face the realities of our world as we do here every day. We go to sleep with the facts, we dream them, then we awake to them. Yawn, if we could just live in happy-land....

14. hmmm...I drink too much, smoke, and hardly ever exercise,
and also didn't get more than like 5 hours of sleep last night...and I feel great today. This is very, very mysterious! I guess it's all relative, though. I'm probably just used to being tired, so that I don't notice it anymore.

15. If I get too much sleep I'm more tired than with too little
If I get to sleep in on the weekends I find I'm dragging all day long. Stress could be doing it to you.

16. I agree
And, I function better with less sleep. If I get too much, I'm just draggin' my butt all day.
