it is soooooo good. I can't wait to eat it!

Cranberry is boycotted at our house :( And I'm the only one who eats the yams :( Can I come to your house this year?

The menu...

Roast turkey
Mashed potatoes and gravy
Stuffing (also with cranberries!)
Scalloped corn
Green beans with bacon
Pumpkin bread
Lefse
Pumpkin pie
Apple-cranberry pie

For snacks, I'm making bacon-wrapped breadsticks (thank you, Paula Deen), Chex Mix, and an assortment of crackers and cheese.

We have apple cider, wine, beer, eggnog, milk and water - so take your pick!

Can I ask you to bring the yams?

4. You bet....recipie
I peel and boil them for 15 minutes
Then I mash them (but leave em lumpy)
and add cinnamon, nutmeg, butter, and cream
spread them in a shallow baking/pie dish
cover w/mini marshmallows
put in oven until marshmallows are light brown. MMMMMMmmmmm

I'll bring fruit salad too if you want:

red & green apples
red & green grapes
bananas
chopped walnuts and pecans
REAL whipped cream

(great-great-grandmother's recipe)

What time do we eat?
