Any northern Ohio lizards around this morning?

I've got to get to Cleveland. Only problem is I have to work tonight until 10:00pm. The way I see it, if I don't get there tonight, even if it's after midnight, I won't get there at all tomorrow. Am I reading the weather reports right?

I hate driving in bad weather after dark.

1. How long is your drive?

It's pretty cold, and it's likely to snow today and tonight, but the predictions I've read don't call for the really heavy snow until tomorrow.

2. In normal conditions and with normal traffic

about 2 hours (from Columbus). I won't be leaving until about 10:30pm but the weather reports show the worst moving in tomorrow. I'd rather be stuck on the highway in traffic than sliding off the highway tomorrow. What a long day this is gonna be!

At least with a late drive there won't be a lot of other cars around. Any chance of finagling your way out of work a little early?

It's always bumper to bumper on the night before Thanksgiving. Hopefully it will thin out a bit by 10:00.

Then work at a store until 10:00. They were kind enough to give me time off until Saturday night, so when the call came to work tonight, I couldn't really say no. I have a daughter in college and need the extra money.
