3. They just came through Kansas City. I was out in my car,
for the first time today, and the sky just opened up and the thunder storms started. After only a few minutes of increasingly heavy rain, the hail started. Dime size hail and winds over 60+ mph out of the clear blue sky - literally. It passes within about 5 minutes time and the craziest thing happened - the skies cleared up for a glimpse of the sunset. Crazy Midwest weather.

I hope those DU'ers in MO and AR are safe tonight. Tornados touched down just east of Kansas City and sounds like they are headed your way.

Make sure you have basement access, candles, cell phone and a radio!
