What is a PSL in Soldier Field worth?

I know someone who wants to sell me their Chicago Bears PSL (personal seat license --essentially the right to buy season tickets. The seats are really good but I cannot find out where the market is. How much should I pay?

But there should be a place where markets can be made. I can understand why the Bears are not interested in being in the business of creating a market but still, I am kinda an efficient market guy.

I was never really sure if you were talking about ticket prices or the thing the guy was offering to sell to you. On another part of the Bears site, it seems that is about a hundred bucks if I was reading it correctly and they have a little section on it. (It's expensive to be season ticket holder... the opera is cheaper.)
