One fluffy houseshoe....
don't have any idea where the other one is. My weimy is a thief. He pushes the door open, runs in the house, and steals my houseshoes one at a time.

Then I have to crawl under the house to get them out. Thank god my house is on 5 foot piers.

Here's the thief's mugshot. Have you seen him? He has absconded with the only thing that keeps my feet warm, and it's a cool night in Dixie.

4. Bisbee has been with us for almost two years...He is
probably two now...we rescued him. The people he previously owned got tired of his erratic ways. I laugh at him.

I had a go-cart wreck last Christmas...my son and I ran off a bridge and flipped into a river. I was trapped under the go-cart. Bisbee plunged into the river, helped get me out, and then he stayed with me, literally lying on me, to keep me from going into shock until the ambulance arrived.

He is a hero, and I don't mind his antics at all. :-)

Weimies are high-strung dogs--that's what makes them so lovable--but some people just can't tolerate it. If his former owners could see him now...

My cat Jack loves my left moccasin...but ONLY the left one...he loves up to it like it's cat nip and chases and fetches it and brings it back to me...it is the funniest thing to watch..he THINKS he's a dog.

on edit: Even when I hide it in the top of the closet, he'll pull open the closet and get it down.

6. Hahaha!
By the way, I just found my slipper. It was under the house. I knew it.

I bought him a two-dollar pair at the dollar store, but he just ignores those...he has to have my favorite pair.

10. It sits on piers...
I can almost walk under it standing straight up. It isn't closed in. If you can imagine an elevated wood cabin, well, that's where I live. A grandaddy longleg or two, but I've never seen a poisonous spider there.

But I NEVER EVER EVER go get firewood without gloves on. I picked up a log once and a black widow fell off of it. Looked like a plastic spider, it was so glossy. I stared at it for about 10 seconds--was hypnotized by its beauty, and then I thought OH F*CK! and got a stick and jabbed it to death.

That DID freak me out! :scared:
