Latin scholars? SALVE, dudes!
These are all bad literal translations of the titles of popular science fiction movies. Almost all of them are from Latin; one is from Greek, and one is even from Polish! (And that’s a HUGE clue in itself.)
Some of them may be increasingly proliciously intelligible if you intercalate a sufficient copium of hyphens, or upon invagination of the peculiar pseudo-constructions of the English genitive voice. (Gobbledygook? That’s part of the challenge!)
I’ll give all of yous half an hour before I come back and check up on yous.
1: The Beyond-Earthish 2: Craftily Made Reading Between-ness 3: Dream Ripping Go-Thing 4: Smaller Bring-Back 5: Maker of the Hunt 6: Someone Else's Birthingness 7: Someone Else's Straightening On Again 8: Steersman-Like Gutness Idea 9: The Day of Not Hanging Off Of 10: Maker of the Little End 11: The Womb (could also be The Mother Thing) 12: The Wanderer of the Imitating Monkeys 13: With a Touch 14: Worker Grab
Bonus: 15: Known Thing Made-Up-ness
Do you have any corrections to the list? Or my sig quip below? By all means, feel free to decorticate me in public! :-)
