3. I have something, but I don't think it's RLS
It's a strange tingling sensation. Feels like a thin, vibrating string in my butt and hamstrings. Drives me nuts every so often when I'm trying to sleep.

Sleep aids and antihistamines can bring it on.

6. I have it occasionally.
When it's really bad I end up sleeping on the couch so that my SO can get some sleep. It's bad enough that I snore.

7. weird...while visiting family for Thanksgiving RLS was mentioned
by one of my aunts....seems like everyone in the family has it!?! I notice it when I am REALLY tired but, others seem to be plagued with it nightly....

10. Good grief!!! That would suck....my aunt called them
the heebie jeebies....I am glad that I do not have it often...wonder if a muscle relaxer would help?

11. Reading these responses, I don't think so.
Sometimes when I'm laying on the couch my legs feel like their going to sleep, and I get an obsessive impulse to start moving them around. Sometimes it happens when I'm in bed. Kind of the same maybe. It seems to start in my spine.
