My sleep schedule's all screwed up
Edited on Wed Nov-30-05 04:12 AM by TimeChaser
Ever since break, I've been staying up way too late and sleeping in. My body's already started getting used to it, and I find it hard to go to bed early. Maybe if I skip a night's sleep I'll be able to go to bed at a normal time tomorrow?

1. Probably not
More likely, you'll be so exhausted by about mid-day Wednesday that you'll crash, and that'll screw up your circadian rhythms even more.

Try going to sleep an hour earlier than you have been. Then an hour earlier than that the next night, et cetera.

Good luck. My sleep cycle's shot to hell, too. :pals:
