How come it's legal for collect calls to be made w/out asking confirmation
I always let calls go to voice mail.

I have yet to hear ANY phone call over the last 7 years where I am asked if I want to accept a collect call.

In Sept I disputed a $8 call. Today I disputed a $5 call from Mexico.

:wtf:

I wish these fuckers would wipe themselves or do what it takes to run their businesses properly. I shouldn't have to waste my precious time and money because of their problems.

1. It depends on if it's a "Station-to-Station" or "Person-to-Person" Collect
Call.

S-T-S calls only require an answer at the called number.
P-T-P calls require that a specific person answer at the called
number.

It's an old distinction which apparently still holds in
other countries via international calling.
