Was I wrong to do this?
Last month a co worker broke my finger during a training exercise.
The injury required surgery. Hopefully the three pins will be removed next tuesday.
Any who..We all get along pretty good and pull pranks off and on.

I typed up the following letter and "served" my co worker.
Waddya think?

Swindell, chortle and Jablowme, LLC
Attorneys at Law

To:....
From: Heywood Jablowme, LLC
RE: Workplace injury

Mr. ....;

I have been retained by Mr. Bartz to handle his loss of income claim due to the vicious and unprovoked attack against Mr. Bartz on or about 10/19/05.

I anticipate a December trial date on this matter.

In order to facilitate a speedy resolution to this unfortunate event, I ask that you come to the lae offices of Swidell, chortle and jablowne to give a sworn deposition of your actions prior to court procedings.

All you eed to do is come into my office any time this week, contact my secretary . You will be asked "How can I help you?" Just say:
"Heywood Jablowme." You'll be taken care of.

Thank you for your consideration in this matter.

Heywood Jablowme, LLC
** He actually fell for it until he read the secretary part.

3. I don't remember where I heard the name, but I struggled for
over a week coming up with a name for a law firm. Jablowme was perfect.

My boss said the guy actually thought he was being sued until he got to the secretary and heywood jablow me part.
