At the begining of this year, I had 600 bucks for a friend of mine to make a computer for me, and it took for EVER to get it done...it wasn't my buddies fault though. The tower power supply was screwed, so he had to ship it back, finally got the new tower back...then through all the parts together...and my cd/rw wasn't working, had to mail it back to the manufactor...got a new one back...and then he mailed it to me, and then the post offices punks in KC had to jump on it...so they sent it back to my buddy, good thing he had insurance on it...whole computer is screwed...have to start all over again...mails off new orders...get new parts in....throw computer back together...mail it off...guess what happens? yep, KC post office workers jump on it again, but this time, not to bad...just the case is dented badly...so my friend gets the crap back...plus the insurance $ to get a new case...my buddy knew i was pissed, and offered to use another case, and hand deliever it to me...and in a month or two, he would come down and switch the guts from his old case, to my new one...and by this time, i was like to HELL with it..go ahead, i need a computer...so, he used an old tower...i got my computer, got online...and since then, the computer has been doing great, except for this junk dvd-rw from sony i bought...:)

i went from january, to mid march without a computer...plus, i thought, well, i will just stay online, so i paid internet bills for three months, without using it at all...just bad luck i suppose, but in retrospect, i got the computer i wanted, i got the capability to upgrade ...this computer will last me forever, until it dies....plus i got all my music on my back up harddrive, 68 gigs of music...ah, its so nice ot have all my music at my fingertips, instead of digging through countless cases of cds....:)

But I'm glad you have your computer back! :thumbsup: :hi:
