why do people expect IT guys to know every program that was ever written??
People are always asking me about programs that I never use or heard of. Because I have a job in computers doesnt mean I know everything!!!

I dont know why b's gold recorder wont burn an audio CD from mp3s downloaded from emule BECAUSE I NEVER USED THE PROGRAM!!!!!

6. I get asked to fix copiers, intercoms, fax machines....
That's in addition to being expected to know everything about every piece of hardware and software that comes down the line.

I've had people open the box on a new device, loose the instructions, then ask me how to make it work.
