5. There are two kinds of sharp cheddar . . .
One kind is sour, whanging, annoying and tastes like spoiled shit, and the other is mildly subtle combined with a deep, rich cheddar flavor. The latter is tough to find and worth the price.

Most of it sucks, so I usually stick with mild or medium.

11. It's Provolone. Not Provelone.
Sorry. Couldn't help it.

And yes, sharp. It's an acquired taste; when we were kids we called it "stinky cheese" when the adults brought it out, but we all like it now.

19. I was proudly the first vote for never had either
At least knowingly or intentionally. It's possible I had a bit of hidden cheddar in some dish before spitting it out in horror.

I've seen other cheese haters on DU threads but I've got to be #1. I just can't take the sight or taste or smell. It's really not an adjustment because I have no idea how anyone can tolerate cheese so it doesn't seem like I'm doing anything unusual when I make sure nothing I order includes cheese. I suppose the only hassle is looking at frozen food ingredients in tiny print to make sure the dish is uncontaminated.
