They are out in full force - The Jesus people are coming!

Thursday night, after 8:00, there was a knock on my door. When I opened it, there were two men standing on my porch. I didn't open the screen door, just ask through the glass if I could help them. The response? "Good evening ma'am. We here tonight to spread the word and love of Jesus Christ." My response? "No, I'm not interested."

This morning, knock on the door...A whole group of people are on the porch. I was asked if I spoke Spanish, and then when I indicated that I didn't (I speak some, but enough), I was handed a pamphlet in English entitled "God".

I've lived here over a year, and can count on one hand the number of times that ANY salesperson has come to my door. Let's face it, this is a trailer park. Most people leave us alone. Now, back to back. Is the holiday season over yet?
