Does anyone else HATE that Free Country Clothing
commercial?? You know, where they are all in a group and lip synch to the pathetic free country song..F-R-EE...Free Country, everybody wants to live in Freeeee Country..." Arggggggggggghhhhhhh - It makes me want to smash the television - and I hardly ever turn it on. Just for news and NY1 - it just seems like it is on every 5 minutes.

Do you think this is more freeper propaganda? Does anyone hate it as much as I do?? :argh:

1. I wonder if that's on outside of NY?

That's the kind of commerical that I find mesmerizing. I'm just amazed that anyone could have come up with such a weird idea, of having people sitting around inside a picture frame, as though they're in a painting, lip synching and moving as though they want to get up and dance but can't because for some weird reason they're supposed to be sitting in a picture frame. Weird!

One commercial on NY1 that really irritates me is the one for Delta, I think, with the woman and the airplane seat, and that annoying, annoying pseudo college radio precious-pop song about "grandest of canyons." I can't stand REAL songs like that, let alone pseudo ones.

3. Yes, it is always on NY1 ...
Maybe the commercial is only local, though I don't know why? I would think it would go over quite well in the heartland.

The other one that got me was the AT&T commercial playing James Brown's "It's a Man's World" - considering that the guy was a wife beater and misogynist - it really rubbed me the wrong way.
