We use to call him Jayne Newton in High School and something about him bugs me.

Am I the only one that is not a Neal Diamond or Jayne Newton Fan?

Would a fan suggest suspending him by a strand of licorice over a pit full of crocodiles, smeared in bacon grease?

Neil Diamond is a pretty good songwriter, I actually like some of the songs he wrote for other people -- but I'm not especially a fan of his. I don't know -- I guess I can take or leave him, I never liked him enough to go out and buy any of his stuff.

My freeper mother-in-law thinks the world of him, which is enough to make me gag every time I hear anything by him anyway. She probably likes Leatherface Newton, too.
