Grimm discovery of plot to kill Christmas... Seven held for questioning...

Seven suspects are in local custody today under suspicion of activities meant to kill the spirit of Christmas.

Under the leadership of the alleged mastermind, "Grumpy", a curmudgeonly character caught on video tapes wearing a red robe, long white hair and beard, the seven are being held at an undisclosed detention center for further questioning.

Although details on the suspects are sketchy, we are able to report this basic information.

Those caught in the Christmas sting include "Doc", thought to be the intellectual force behind the plot, "Sneezy", a weapons expert, "Sleepy", possibly the mole of the group, "Dopey", seen as an innocent dupe of the cabal, "Happy", who allegedly handled their "pay to play" operations, and "Bashful", a well known public relations expert.

Confidential sources say the Christmas plot, code named "Snow White", was intended to undermine life as we know it.

Federal officials said further information would be forthcoming.
