1. Depends if they use their power

for good or evil. Power in and of itself doesn't do anything for me. However, if someone was using his power to help change the world, I would find that VERY attractive.

7. Of course

I don't necessarily mean someone who has lots of power like the president (definitely not the current one) or a CEO. Good natured, kind men that have some kind of leadership position or clearly respected by others are sexy though. I guess that just comes from the "get impregnated by the alpha male" instinct.
