It's one of those Southern expressions of astonishment, though it's really open to misinterpretation if used in the wrong company and / or setting.

14. Twaisded..
Not sure if that is actually how you would spell the word. But it is combo of twisted and wasted.. Basically, a drunk person spouting crazy shit. The origin of the word dates back to 1997 when I used it to described my own behavior.
