The dude singing on SNL is about the lamest thing.....
He's going on and on and on in this lame ass affected voice about some girl being Beautiful...

And the band is just there, wondering what in the hell they did to deserve this fuck face as a front man....

11. I gravitate towards hardcore, but I'm flexible
I like DnB, Darkstep, Detroit house, ambient, and microscopic.

And most anything produced by Industrial Strength Records. Gotta have my terror and speedcore.

16. I love the alt stuff...
Except those mixtures of emo and heavy metal...

the guy is whining about something and then, all of a sudden, he starts screaching about something in the middle of the song...

18. Yep, like "Numb" by Linkin Park
I'm tired of being what you want me to be
Feeling so faithless lost under the surface
Don't know what you're expecting of me
Put under the pressure of walking in your shoes
(Caught in the undertow just caught in the undertow)
Every step that I take is another mistake to you
(Caught in the undertow just caught in the undertow)

I've become so numb I can't feel you there
I've become so tired so much more aware
I'm becoming this all I want to do
Is be more like me and be less like you

Can't you see that you're smothering me
Holding too tightly afraid to lose control
Cause everything that you thought I would be
Has fallen apart right in front of you
(Caught in the undertow just caught in the undertow)
Every step that I take is another mistake to you
(Caught in the undertow just caught in the undertow)
And every second I waste is more than I can take

I've become so numb I can't feel you there
I've become so tired so much more aware
I'm becoming this all I want to do
Is be more like me and be less like you

And I know
I may end up failing too
But I know
You were just like me with someone disappointed in you

I've become so numb I can't feel you there
I've become so tired so much more aware
I'm becoming this all I want to do
Is be more like me and be less like you

I've become so numb I can't feel you there
I'm tired of being what you want me to be
I've become so numb I can't feel you there
I'm tired of being what you want me to be

8. he's so hollow
Well, that was lame. I am officially old now. I have no idea who the host was or the musician. I always at least knew of, or had heard of one or the other. Boo hoo, guess it is time to check out the adult diaper reviews in Consumer Reports.

Peace

17. I saw the best few minutes SNL ever had, in rerun a few months ago.
Edited on Sun Dec-04-05 02:15 AM by CanuckAmok
It was from the first season. Some unknown guy claiming he was the world's best Elvis impersonator (he looked like a math teacher).

He said "And now I'm going to do the King of Rock 'n' Roll, Elvis Presley, right after sticking a fork in his eye".

He then put a hand over his eye, and began screaming the bejesus while reeling around the stage. He actually fell, still screaming and twitching, off the stage and ONTO the audience.

He then rolled off a bemused member of the audience and continued screaming and yelling incoherently... roll end credits.

There was a time when SNL was really, really innovative and challenging. But it was a long fucking time ago.

20. You're right.
This guy sucks -- nothing worse than a high-pitched voice with 5th-grade-level lyrics. Dane Cook is a no-talent host as well, but Alec Baldwin's on next week, and he's always good.

21. OMG, he sucked, didn't he?
My aunt commented on how bad he sucked too. She is the one who alerted me to this wretched excuse for a musician who somehow made it onto SNL. He obviously didn't make it on the music. He "knows somebody." I can't imagine any other reason he'd make it onto television. Gag.

That show has been getting pretty bad. I try to give it props each year and this year it has really gone down. The only good thing about it is Tina Faye, other than that it has sucked.

You'll have to come up with WAY better music than that if you're gonna cry, buddy.

We record everything and watch it later. We don't do commercials anymore. This guy is why fast forward was invented.
