3. I once lost a lot of weight . . .
By doing 20 minutes of intense aerobics a day, and eating only natural (little or no additives) whole grains, fruits, vegetables, beans, legumes, nuts and seeds. The diet had virtually zero fat or sugar.

We don't need no stinkin' pills. ;)

4. I don't care what you call it: it's obviously a HORRIBLE way
to lose weight. HORRIBLE. Most experts will tell you that losing a great deal of weight suddenly is as bad for you as being overweight in the first place. It's not good for your heart, for one thing.

Seriously, those in need of a real weight loss miracle? Green tea. I drank it five times a day, every day for one year, and think of it as the primary reason I now find it difficult to put on weight. At all. Which sucks.
