I have had it with this assault on my sacred rodent tradition being fucked with.

Put the damned ground hog back in his hole and give him back his day !!

Our nation was started by founding ground hogists.

I know who started this, those smarmy little Asian Panda's that are now breeding like bunnies.

Just remember before the come back of the panda ground hogs were the next cutest thing.:woohoo: :applause:
:hide:   :spray: :patriot:

:yoiks:

9. I think
the Groundhog should be replaced by the Woodchuck. I'll ask Bill O'-the-hpocrisy on this one and see what he thinks.

5. I celebrate it also.
One year I made and sent out Groundhog's Day cards. My friends went from merely suspecting I was a little weird to fully realizing it.

7. Believe it or not--Groundhog Day is my birthday
It's also Farrah Fawcett's birthday and Fred Flintstone's (yes, they mentioned this once in an episode).

And on behalf of all 3 of us, I'd like to request that you quit destroying the sanctity of our birthdays with all of this groundhog talk.

11. Furthermore, I say all Panda's should be called groundhogs!
Who needs those little furry bears being cute all over the world?

There is nothing more American then a groundhog!

If you love Panda's so much then ask youself why do they hide their eyes with those little masks? Perhaps they have a police record?

And...AND!...why so hard to breed in captivity? Perhaps they are a little light in the loafers? Perhaps they are a bit "too hard" to interest in the "opposite" sex. Does that tell you something???

Hmmm..well, does it?

And Panda's come from China, and Mao came from China! So Panda's are commies just getting by on cuteness.

Groundhogs come from Pennsylvania...and Rick Satanorum comes from Pennsylvania! So groundhogs are...umm..well, never mind about Satanorum ... he's to creepy to even merit being spoofed)

12. Happy Imbolog!
As we prepare to honor the boll weevil on December 11th, and busily deck the house with protective bowls of peanuts, I'd like to pause and be the first to hope you and yours have a joyous Candlemas/Groundhog Day!

13. Would you trust an animal wearing a mask?
What real American would think this is cute?

14. Is this not cuter than a Panda, and hetero, too!
Edited on Sun Dec-04-05 10:57 AM by bluedawg12

Yes. The woodchuck, Marmota monax, is also called the groundhog or the whistle-pig. This rodent is a member of the squirrel family, and is found across Canada and in the northeastern and midwestern United States. The western United States is the home of its closest relatives, the yellow-bellied marmot and the hoary marmot

hetero- whistle pigs ( well, we think they are hetero, never really looked that close)

16. Yea, what's an Arbor any way? And just who is Ann Arbor?

I say let's cut down some forests and build
a new: Repig Tree Natural Resource Committee Headquarters!

It's the law of nature! God made trees to live, die, fossilize, and become coal mines!
