9. He was a decent actor, actually
Billy Crystal (also in the movie) became friends with Andre, and wrote the movie "My Giant" based on their experiences. Sadly, Andre died before they could make the film.

6. Pope miniseries last night had Cary Elwes in it
I watched a couple minutes to spot he, he was a (bishop?), wearing a cute little red hat. I kept expecting him to say "as you wish" but he didn't.

8. And I saw the movie "Crush" with Alcia Silverstone and him
yesterday. It must have been his day. I kept thinking of "Robin Hood: Men in Tights" while watching Princess Bride. He was super cute in that movie too!! :loveya:

I bought it for my wife, but at first she was afraid to watch it. I had to explain why a fairy tale has violence in it.

I've always loved that movie.
