6. Its not cold until its -20 to 30 with windchill.
Then its cold. If its 20 or above, just put on a light jacket.

Try Fairbanks Alaska, where winter bottoms out at 60 below! Tires freeze to the ground! Your breath comes out in chunks! Throw boiling water in the air and it freezes instantly! People have to start fires to thaw enough oxygen to breathe!
