Does your cat have a theme song?

Imhotep walked into my home office the other day just as Henry Mancini's "Theme from Peter Gunn" started playing on my iPod. It's been his theme song ever since, it fit his personality so well.

And your cat?

the "Alley Cat" song for them all. It was funny to watch them. So I suppose that's the closest theme song they have!

It must be sung in falsetto, though. She goes crazy: rubs all against me, and squirms around on her back.

Oreo's is the theme to "Mission, Impossible". Cue the music....
"Puff, Puff, Puff-puff; Puff, Puff, puff-puff.."
"O-re-o, there you go, O-re-o, puffy..."

Binky has too many, but mostly hers are to tunes I've made up myself.

And Roo, bless his heart, had two:
1. Darth Vader theme "Roo, Roo, Roo, Roo-roo-roo, Roo-roo-roo."
2. "I love Roo, always, forever - near or far, we'll be together..."

sniff - OK, now I'm crying. :cry:

Actually, I was watching the Wizard of Oz the other night, and had to turn it off when the Lion sang "If I were king of the forest", because Roo used to bark like a dog, "with a rrufff, and a rrufff, and a royal growel."

Oreo, on the other hand, doesn't care much for my singing. She'll jump on the piano bench and start biting me when I sing. I tell her, "everyone's a damned critic... go to the other end of the house if you don't like it!"

They do like classical piano, though.. they can listen for hours. :)

I am learning how to play it to correct some breathing problems. I used to play the piano but now my hands zig zag all over the place.
I love folk hymns. I have how great thou art, amazing grace, new light is gleamming, and my favorite i danced in the morning down pat.

He's such a loser because he can't get Evita to be nice to him even though she's the princess.

Evita's is obvious: Don't Cry for me Argentina. Whenever Evita the musical is on TV we sit and snuggle together. She finds it odd when this 'box' starts chanting "E-Vee-Ta, E-Vee-Ta, E-Vee-Ta, E-Vee-Ta" like for some reason it's all for her
