Jennifer Anniston Suing Paparazzo For Topless Photos

Actress Jennifer Aniston is suing a paparazzo for taking pictures of her inside her Los Angeles home when she was topless or partly undressed.

In a lawsuit filed Friday, the 36-year-old actress claims that photographer Peter Brandt invaded her privacy.

The suit claims Brandt used a telephoto lens to take pictures of her "from a great distance through invasive, intrusive and unlawful measures."

Aniston is seeking monetary damages and a court order to stop Brandt and anyone else from making money off the photos.

Aniston previously sued a different paparazzo for allegedly scaling a neighbor's wall and taking pictures of her sunbathing topless in her backyard.

The photos ran in several publications.

Talk about invasion of privacy. If she was inside her house, she shouldn't have to worry pictures being taken of her naked. That is just wrong!

These celebs make a choice in how much their lives are exposed in the media at all times. When they need publicity, *WHOOPS* those nude photos appear... kind of like that topless photo of her on that men's magazine this month.

Jenn has lost her bankability, now that she's found to be a one note actress and has no hot hot hot hubby to be snapped with.. I mean, come on, Vince Vaughn? Word on the street is, they're not even a genuine item, they're just banking together.

Like Jon Bon Jovi said, NO one in the USA knows what his kids or even his wife looks like. That's their choice. Celebs choose the amount of limelight and media exposure they want.

Poor Jenn. I hope things turn up for her.

I am sorry but you are wrong about her losing her bankability. She has gotten more role offers now than she ever has. And you shouldn't have to close the curtains, blinds, or whatever if you don't want to. I personally like the sunlight to come in my home. The point is these people had no business using the high powered lenses to take pictures of her inside her home. You can turn it around on her all you want, but you are wrong, IMO.

I allways thought that courtney cox was hotter until the last few seasons of friends. Of course I like dark haired woman having a bunch of sisters as toe heads kinda ruined that blonde vibe thing you know.

I don't think she has an issue with being nude on her own terms. But I would be very upset if someone were taking pics of me inside my home! That is very invasive and scary.
