Poll question: I'm Having Single Malt Whiskey in My Tea. Heresy?
Edited on Sat Dec-10-05 04:00 AM by REP
It's Lismore speyside single malt scotch whiskey, if it makes a difference.

Oh, and after 4 years and over 5K posts, I believe this is my first booze-related post!

edit: post count. Sheesh, no wonder my hands hurt.

4. I Have a Cold
Usually not much of a drinker, but hot tea/whiskey/honey is about the only thing that keeps me from coughing up a lung and/or sounding like Rita Crosby when I have a scratchy sore throat. This whiskey is tasty enough, though, I can see enjoying some neat for non-medicinal reasons...

5. Right Hand is FUBAR
I forget that not everyone has my list of defects memorized! I have serious right hand/arm injuries. No need to feel too sorry for me though; they got me an early retirement.

7. I Retired at 37
I'll be 41 in 16 days. Kidneys are also failing, but I'll skip the whole organ recital. Pass the booze!

8. I'm half Irish, and have no idea what you're talking about.
Whiskey blesses any fluid it's put into. And cures what ever's bothering you.

9. Scotch Whiskey, But Irish Tea
Both bottles of whiskey seem to be of Scots origin. Probably should be having the blended whiskey in the tea...

10. If my father taught me anything, it's not to mix good liquor...
Actually he taught me quite a bit. Drink your drinks anyway you like, though I did vote for heresy. I would think that Irish Whiskey would be better than Scotch Whisky in tea - can't see the peat mixing well with tea.

I could use bourbon, honey, and tea, though.
