Garsh darnit, how many posts do you need to recommend a thread?
I don't make a lot of comments, but I enjoy reading DU threads (not so much the "I hate DLC/ Lieberman/ Clinton/ whoever doesn't agree with me" threads) and would like to recommend ones I like.

BUT I CAN'T! Not enough posts!

:cry:

Soooo I am making another post that will bring me a little closer to that elusive status.

Let me think of somthing to talk about... King Kong maybe? I am interested in it, but I hope it isn't another all CGI no substance actionfest like Godzilla.

4. Get your count up by posting things like "I agree" or "I really liked...
this post". It won't be long before you'll be able to recommend threads -- it's my understanding that the number's not really high.

16. It took me forever
because I like to read comments but don't always have a lot to say. Once I hit 100 it went faster. I'm slowing down now though. I just don't have the desire to try to be a top poster. It isn't my life's goal!
