Happy Fucking Holidays!

I'm sick. I've got either the flu or a very bad cold. Coughing, coughing, coughing. I've been up intermittently since last night, when I insanely got involved in the GD DP wars. :crazy: I've alternated between sleeping and being just awake enough to eat something all day.

I'm sitting here finally awake enough to drink some Thera Flu.

Oh, and I'm on the rag, too. :grr:

I was gonna do a lot of holiday stuff today too: finish decorating my tree, some shopping, mabye a movie. :-( :cry:

I just realized this Thera Flu expired in Dec 2003. :P I hope it still has an effect.

I decided to stop talking to my mother today. She is fucking crazy. Your day sucks, mine was two years to late.

I should offer a explanation.. August 13th 1987 my mother killed my father. I was 8 years old, my sister was 11. He was a abusive drunk. I walked in one night and he was beating my sisters head into the bathtub. This was unfortunately the norm around our house.

But, last night my mom blamed me and my sister for what happened (her shooting him 20 years ago). She asked us if she should leave him? Apparently, we said no. So, she decided he should leave us. I was fucking eight years old.

This was brought up due to present day circumstances that reflect her inability to accept any responsibility for anything that ever goes wrong in her life. Everybody else is fucking wrong. Always.. Me and my sister had bad dreams when we mention fucked up things she has done. Shit, last week I called her on spending my SSI money for meth. I lived on egg noodles for months while she snorted my SSI check. The mirror with lines was just a dream.. Seems odd that my sister had the same dream. Fuck, I'm pissed right now..

I can understand why you wouldn't want to keep in contact with her. Sounds like the shooting screwed her up even more.

If it's any consolation, I had a mild version of the flu last week but it's taking a while for me to shake it off so I know what you're going through. And at least it will be over by the Christmas-New Year season itself -I once had chickenpox around that time and missed out on some great Christmas/New Year parties

I'm glad I will be over it by the holidays. i don't want to give it to the babies when I go see them.

My coughing has calmed down and my temp is normal. I can't believe I slept the day away.

I LOVE theraflu. Stuff nursed me through mono. You will; however; be sleepy even if you drank the non-drowsy one; it still makes you sleepy.
