Yeah, I'm a geek. (But I did scale it down from 1600x1200...)

2. Can't!
Let's just say it's solid black except for a very pornographic picture in the center.

The Rani was a good choice, though. I have a small TARDIS glued to the side of my monitor.

Khash.

Or would that cover up too much? :D

I'd like to get them myself.

Konfabulator and the mac looking dock is something called Object Dock. It can be found at Stardock.

Used to love their company; back in the OS/2 days.

Then they moved to Windows products; none of which worked very well...

including on the internet. This though, is an ST emulator.

On my ST and TT hardware, I use much newer interfaces, but that is actually a screenshot from an emulator running in X, with the the basic, no frills Atari ST GEM desktop from the mid-80's

Hit PrintScreen. Then open a 'paint' document (if you're in Windows, under Start-Programs-Accessories) and hit Ctrl+V to paste. Then save that document. You should be able to upload that pic like any other that you'd post :)

27. Fucken A. That's beautiful.
How'd you do that?

I have been thinking for a while now about doing something with the color themes on my xp machine. I really want to make it look nice instead of this boring default xp theme slightly edited. I would like to make it look like those computers on CSI on television, but cannot seem to find a decent desktop theme site that is "toolbar" and "spyware" free.

I like your wallpaper and color scheme from what I can tell.

77. It's an album cover, can't remember where I originally found it.
Trans-Siberian Orchestra is the source of the music for that strange Christmas house where the lights moved in timing with the music. The song was Wizards In Winter. It was much discussed on DU a couple weeks ago, but it didn't come from this album. Reminds me of the Eyes Of A Child album by The Moody Blues.
