There's no beige here.... I recently decided white was boring and repainted my room BLUE. DARK BLUE.

Looks fabulous. :D

3. Beige, mint green, and light pink
used to be used to paint the walls of institutions where the inmates/students/patients needed to be kept calm.

Dark blue is a great color :-)

4. One of my old schools
was designed in the early 70's... brown, harvest gold, burnt orange, and avocado green.

The person who designed it should be institutionalized.

I love dark blue. We tore out the beige carpet and had the floor refinished in there, and it's AMAZING. :D
