The worst movie you never saw
What movie did you never care to see because of abysmal reviews? Yes, there are plenty of them, I'm sure, but I think for me the one film I will never, ever see as a result of horrendous reviews is Caligula. The thought of what "passes" for "art" in the film makes me physically ill. I think I would rather see "Old Yeller" a hundred times before ever seeing Caligula.

5. A film which has been universally panned
and which close friends have warned me not to bother with, are all I personally need to dissuade me from spending any money on a film. I know I'm easy in that respect, and some people just need to see for themselves how bad something is, but I have some sources I still trust to tell me how rotten something is. The "worst" part is strictly subjective.

7. Well as has been demostrated this thread is just a big bandwagon opinion
celebration. No maverick or interesting thoughts to found. Because it's not a thoughtful or really valid premise.
